I would also like to add that weight loss is like 80% diet and 20% exercise. You can’t eat like crap and expect to lose weight.
MyFitnessPal is a great place to count calories, look at what types of things you’re eating, and analyze nutrient intake. PROTEIN is important, cut carbs where you can, and make sure you’re getting your veggies. Also, try to avoid fats, sodium, preservatives, etc.
